Our friends at Oskar Blues are opening a new burger joint called CHUBurger. The idea is to keep the food simple, and as local as possible. The beef comes from Oskar’s Hops and Heifers farm outside Longmont, Colorado. The farmers use the spent grain from the brewing process to supplement the cows diet. Win for the cows, win for the brewery. Here are some pictures of the shirts that we made for the new restaurant.
