Screen Printing

Our production team members are experts when it comes to ink options. Screen printing includes a variety of techniques for applying ink to a garment. Browse the links below to see a description of each and which garments work best for the applications.

Plastisol

Plastisol

Industry standard, PVC based ink that gives you the most vibrant and opaque coverage.

Vintage

Vintage

A thin version of plastisol used to create a soft vintage look.

4 Color Process

4 Color Process

Process that uses cyan, magenta, yellow and black to create multiple colors using only four screens.

Simulated Process

Simulated Process

Process that uses spot colors to print full color designs.

Discharge

Discharge

Process that removes the dye of the garment returning it to the original color of the fabric. Pigments can be added to replace the fabric color.

Water Based

Water Based

Process that dyes the garment fibers instead of ink sitting on top of fabric. As the print is cured, the water in the ink evaporates and leaves the pigment behind.

Metallic

Metallic

Ink that has metal flakes suspended in the color to create a shiny or sparkle appearance.

Glow-In-The-Dark

Glow-In-The-Dark

Ink with pigment that glows after being charged with light.
