Industry standard, PVC based ink that gives you the most vibrant and opaque coverage. Plastisol is the most versatile ink because it can go on any garment type and will not dry if left in the screen for an extended amount of time. Plastisol ink gives the best opaque coverage on any garment color and exact PMS numbers can be matched. You get the best opacity for the best price.
When printing on dark garments, a white underbase is laid down under the final print color. For example, if you printed yellow ink directly on a black shirt, it would turn out dull and hard to see. When laying down a white screen under the yellow, you achieve a vibrant opaque color. To print a bright white on a dark garment, two screens of white are used for vibrancy and opacity.
