It is another Monday here in Fort Collins, and while most people dread Mondays our friends at Monday Night Brewing embrace them. Founded in a small Atlanta Bible study, Monday Night Brewing grew out of a weeknight hobby to get to know each other. Today they have a brand new brewery and are definitely one to watch in the brewing world. Can’t make it to Atlanta, Georgia?
