All of screen printing is in the set up. It can take us hours to get something to look right before we can print it. Even after we get it mostly right there can be a ton of micro adjustments before it can be sent out the door. We are super picky about our print quality. We don’t let anything go out that we wouldn’t wear ourselves. If our customers don’t look good we don’t look good.
Recently we printed some shirts for Left Hand Brewing’s Sawtooth Ale. Here is a picture of some of the final notes before we go to print.
The shirt in the picture is a set up shirt, but the actual shirt Left Hand ordered is a Next Level Tri Blend. Tri Blend shirts react a little differently to heat the that we use to dry and cure the ink. We often have to use different techniques and equipment on different materials.
