Micro-distilling is becoming more and more popular around Colorado these days. One of the first companies to start distilling in Northern Colorado is Syntax Spirits. Their vodka, rum, and whiskey are all high quality, and they have a really cool tasting room (complete with Pinball Tables) in Greeley.
