This spring we had the opportunity to create a beer with one of the local breweries in Fort Collins, Black Bottle. It was branded as “Dream Journal Twilight Pilsner,” and the malt came from our friends at Troubadour Maltings. They use Colorado grown grain to create handcrafted malts, and we are lucky enough to have them as our neighbors. We have a resident brewer, Josh, that doubles as our lead printer, and we are immersed in the craft beer culture so a collaboration brew just seemed right!
For the release party, we threw the 1st Annual Black Bottle Go Westival. Music by Kind Dub, Jeremy C. Grant, and The Honey Gitters livened up the party along with food trucks and lots of great beer. A few of our favorite things all in one day – live music, craft beer, and good friends to share it with. Dreams were not provided but inspired instead!
