Black Bottle Brewery and Feisty Spirits are getting together to do a collaboration called “Colab-skey.’
Here is what Sean Nook from Black Bottle Brewing had to say- “FS and BBB brewed one of our beers, Aviation cocktail, without hops. This is called making the wash. It is the liquid that has been fermented before distillation. After fermentation we transported the Aviation cocktail wash over to FS and stilled it. We aged it in used honey comb whiskey barrels for 3 months. Then we bottles it. Now it is for sale.”
